As the world changes around us it is important we adapt with it. The skilled trades sector faces impending record employment gaps with and expected 50,000 people retiring by 2030. With the onset of AI in the workplace the skilled trades is one industry not so easily replaced. Our goal is to encourage the younger generations to look to the skilled trades as a stable and viable career choice. In order to do that we need to adapt, this is where Learn To Lead takes center stage. Join us this fall for the first annual event.
